Made from sustainably sourced bamboo, SpikeMat uses nothing else other than your own energy and weight!

When using SpikeMat the ground is perforated with multiple small holes which then allow air, water and other nutrients to reach down deeper into the roots. Water gets to the grass roots quicker as it is effectively ‘grabbed’ in the holes made by the spikes, reducing run off and also loss through evaporation in warmer weather conditions.

SPIKEMAT LAWN AERATION

So easy to use. Follow these 4 simple steps... and then just repeat!

STEP 1

GRIPPING EACH CORD PLACE THE SPIKEMAT IN YOUR CHOSEN STARTING POSITION.

STEP 2

STEP ONTO THE SPIKEMAT. UNLIKE TYPICAL LAWN AERATORS YOUR WEIGHT AND PRESSURE ARE OVER THE SPIKES WHICH IS ESPECIALLY HELPFUL ON FIRMER GROUND.

STEP 3

WITH YOUR BODY WEIGHT APPLY DOWNWARD PRESSURE THROUGH YOUR FEET IN A SIDE TO SIDE ROCKING MOTION PRESSING THE SPIKEMAT FIRMLY INTO THE GROUND.

STEP 4

STEP OFF BACKWARDS WITH ONE FOOT, KEEPING YOUR REMAINING FOOT ON THE SPIKEMAT AS A RESISTANT STABILISER. THEN GENTLY EASE THE SPIKEMAT UPWARDS AND OUT OF THE GROUND!
